Dan and Jen’s Blog

Yesterday afternoon, I was feeding Dinah her rice cereal and she’d just taken a spoonful when she sneezed. I had cereal sprinklings from the top of my hair to the hem of my skirt. It’s a good thing I like her so much :). Oh, and then shortly after her dinner I was very unwisely bouncing her atop my knee. She hurled this mucusy-breastmilk/squash mixture down my pantleg. Dan likens it to egg-drop soup. Without any sarcasm or bite, I can honestly say that I love having children. Why? Because even with the aforementioned anecdotes in mind, I wouldn’t trade having Dinah for anything in the world, even a kitchen-cleaning, dinner-making, back-massaging personal robot.
