Dirty Dishes Beware!
August 19th 2007 by Jen in Uncategorized
Last night, I finally finished knitting my first dishcloth at 10:45, much to my kitchen’s chagrin.? Why would I spend multiple hours (~7) knitting a dishcloth when I could just go spend $5 and get a stack of them?? Well, first of all, I like to knit.? I’m really quite nutty about knitting.? Second of all, this dishcloth was created to stand the test of time.? Or something.? And it’s pretty.? And it might act as a catalyst for me to actually wash the dishes (ah, the power of new stuff).? But mostly, I like to knit and needed a short project for in betweensies.? Yeah, that’s it below, with a Bic pen above it so you know how big it is.? Haven’t you ever seen the Bone Collector?? It’s all about scale, people.
My dishes have been put on notice.? They’re shaking in their . . . sink.? (See scary eyes picture above.)? My evil plan is almost complete!!!? Muahahaha. . .muah . . .ha. . .ha. . .ha. . . MUAHAHAHA!!!
